A wonderful Italian restaurant in Raleigh with a friendly staff (Christian was a great waiter) and a charming atmosphere. The lentil soup, meatballs and spaghetti, manicotti and baked parmesan was delicious. A bit pricey but if you want tasty Italian food in Raleigh, go to Casa Carbone Ristorante.

My boyfriend and I first visited tonight and it was such a lovely dining experience. We ended up staying an hour after eating just to talk and enjoy the homey atmosphere. The atmosphere makes you feel at home and the food was absolutely delicious (I got the veal Parmesan with vodka sauce instead of marinara). It’s much different from the “swanky” beat and path of most restaurant vibes in Raleigh. But I truly think that’s what makes it such a gem.

The food here is amazing and it's worth every penny. I had the Chicken Parmesan and the sauce is definitely delicious! If google had more stars I'd rate this place 100 stars!

A holiday dinner of 8 . Our server was great but obviously over worked as it seemed he was the only waiter in our area trying to handle 4 large parties. He did a great job and was very pleasant. Food was very good. Overall a nice experience.

Had the stuffed eggplant and it was delicious. The sauce was amazing and they didn't skimp on the cheese. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always friendly and attentive.

We love Casa Carbone and so do our friends. On Christmas Eve we love to go there with our beloved old Raleigh friends. Service is always excellent and everyone is very kind.

Wonderful authentic Italian food! My aunt and I frequently meet up here when I come to Raleigh to watch my Rangers play the Hurricanes. I have yet to have a bad meal here. Their baked ziti is delicious, as is their veal parm. Have not yet tried their pizza, but hope to on one of my future visits. Service is always wonderful. I am delighted to have finally found a good Italian place for my trips to the Triangle. Highly recommended!

Awesome experience. Our server Ben was really direct and kept things moving forward, the Owners knocked it out of the park with the quality of the food (thank you for being so welcoming Matt!). This is definitely the right place to feel at ease to step outside your comfort zone and try a genuine Italian dish you haven’t had before. As Arnold S. once said, “I’ll be back”
